We entered 2 teams in the XPSL finale, one in Novice and one in Intermediate. The Novice team managed to pull off 3 wins and 2 stalemates to give them 6th place in a VERY competitive bracket. Also with a super tough division the Intermediate team placed 12th and missed sunday by only 13 points as only the top 8 teams were taken. 3/28/2008- NPPL Huntington Beach 2008, 3 Free Agent teams entered.

FreeAgents.us: In the D2 division this team ended up 3-4-1 facing top teams such as Aftermath Factory, Destiny and Island Breed. They meshed really well as a team and hung out each night together. To quote one of the moms from the team:

"I think the team was a great success - even though the final scores did not reflect it. It was an awesome learning experience for the kids. Developing game plans to reflect each other's strengths/weaknesses, etc. I was amazed at how generous each player was with the others. One voluntarily sitting himself two games (instead of one) because he didn't feel like he was playing up to caliber. Sharing equipment/information/advice/knowledge. They spent all three plus days and evenings together - hanging at the event, eating meals and two evenings in the hot tub at the hotel. I know that new friends have been made and they all intend to keep in touch with each other. In fact, Phillip might be playing a PSP event with us in June!" - Kim Porcher

PaintballWebpages.com -In Division 3 this team won all 3 of their friday games on the NPPL field ending the day in the top 10! The next day they had some tough teams and some tough luck to end up 4-4 placing 43rd out of 72 teams. Everyone had a great time and they beat some of the tougher teams in their bracket.

PlayPB.com - Also in Division 3 ended the first day 2-1. They ended up 3-4-1 with a stalemate against LA Distraction. Players from Tiki Paintball and other teams helped to make up this roster. Robbo Abitia formerly of Legion Mob had this to say:

"You have put together one of the most innovative ideas in our sport.  This was an awesome way to get to play HB when my team wasn't playing and more importantly it let us get to know some players from other regions and some from our own neck of the woods.  You're doing to PBlord's work my good man!  Thank you!  I'll definitely encourage people that I know that are looking to play an event to sign up for future events."

3/2/2008- XPSL Bakersfield 2008

FreeAgents.us, made their debut in XPSL in the intermediate bracket. They finished 17th just barely missing finals only to find out that sunday a team got DQd for an illegal roster bumping them to 16th place. This throw together team played great and had lots of fun. Pictures and player reviews coming soon!

PaintballWebpages.com - Another FreeAgents.us throw together team ended up 46th out of 56 teams in the rookie division. Not great but they still performed well and had a great time. To top it off they were one of 2 teams to end up in the local Bakersfield paper, including photos, player names and the team name mentioned.
